EDUCATION FOUNDATION OF BLOOMINGTON

The Education Foundation of Bloomington is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the educational experiences of students in Bloomington Public Schools. Our mission is to enhance the learning experience of students in Bloomington Public Schools by acquiring and distributing resources not available through public funding.

UPCOMING EVENTS

NOTE OF THANKS CAMPAIGN A SWEET SUCCESS!

Jane Willman, school secretary at Hillcrest Elementary, shows off her Scoops coupon and note of thanks.

EFB received 86 notes of thanks that were delivered along with Sccops Ice Cream coupons on May 8 and 9.

 

The 86 recipients included teachers, bus driver, secretaries, custodian, teachers, and central office staff.

 

The notes described general actions and very specific actions that touched the lives of students, individuals, and families.

 

A big "thank you" to all who took the time and provided the Notes of Thanks and Appreciation. A big "thank you" to Scoops Ice Cream for their partnership.

 

More than $400 was raised to support EFB programs.

Education Foundation of Bloomington

The foundation awards scholarships to Jefferson and Kennedy high school seniors each spring.

The EFB's largest  fundraiser raised more than $35,000 to improve and change the educational experience of students in Bloomington Public Schools. This year's event will be held on july 27 at Dwan GC.
